Some of the most powerful prayers are those we pray directly from Scripture. When we do this, we know we are praying God’s will, which helps us pray with greater faith.

Thank you for praying the following Scriptures for our workers.


Pray for boldness, clarity, and open doors
Pray also for me that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel. – Ephesians 6:18

And pray for us too that God may open a door for our message ... Pray that I may proclaim it clearly as I should. – Colossians 4:3-4


Pray for fruitfulness
Finally brothers pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. – 2 Thessalonians 3:1

Pray for protection and provision
But the Lord is faithful and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
– 2 Thessalonians 3:3


Pray for peace of mind

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. – 1 Peter 4:7

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. – Colossians 3:15a


Pray for contentment

I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. – Philippians 4:11b

Pray they would be people of prayer
Devote yourselves to prayer being watchful and thankful. – Colossians 4:2

Pray for an intimate and growing relationship with Jesus
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. – John 15:9

Pray for strength, courage, and comfort
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. – Joshua 1:9

Pray for endurance
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. – Galatians 6:9
